We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) who thrives at the frontlines of our sales funnel. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify high-quality leads, start meaningful conversations, and generate opportunities that turn into real business. With short feedback loops, clear goals, and a dynamic environment, you’ll make a measurable difference every day.

What you can expect

  • Prospecting with purpose: You identify and reach out to potential customers through email, phone, social media, and events. With your strategic mindset, you understand their challenges and position our SaaS solution as the answer.
  • Discovery and qualification: You conduct discovery calls, ask the right questions, and qualify leads based on fit and readiness. You know how to separate curiosity from commitment – and when to pass the baton to Account Executives.
  • Pipeline building and lead nurturing: You consistently build and maintain a healthy pipeline. Using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive, you track your progress, set reminders, and follow up at just the right time.
  • Close collaboration: You work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to align outreach strategies and with sales to ensure smooth handoffs and strong win rates.
  • Structured learning and growth: You’ll continuously develop your skills through hands-on coaching, peer feedback, and direct interaction with senior leadership. We grow fast – and you grow with us.

What you bring

  • Drive and curiosity: You bring a proactive mindset, a hunger to learn, and a natural curiosity about people, technology, and business.
  • Communication skills: Whether written or spoken, you express yourself clearly, persuasively, and professionally – in German and English. You ask smart questions and listen closely.
  • Structured and self-organized: You know how to prioritize, manage time, and hit your targets – even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: You have experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B sales. But most importantly, you bring the willingness to learn and the grit to persist.
  • Tech affinity: You’re comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce), and productivity tools like Notion or Google Workspace. You’re quick to pick up new digital workflows.
  • Team spirit: You enjoy working with others, giving and receiving feedback, and contributing to a culture where wins are celebrated and learnings are shared.
