Overview
The listing is doing its job. Someone else is getting the order.
Sales dip while the product stays available. Start with the Buy Box: sellers can check whether their own offer holds it, vendors whether Amazon’s does. A daily count shows affected products and whether that list is growing. Open the offers for seller, price and Prime status, ready for your investigation.

Alerts
The daily check does the page hopping. You get the alert.
Checking every product page by hand is a job that keeps coming back. Set up Buy Box alerts instead. Sellers hear when they lose it or win it back; vendors hear when Amazon does. The daily comparison creates the alert, and its in-app detail includes the new Buy Box price.

Minimum price
Set a price floor. Find out when the Buy Box goes below it.
A reseller undercuts your minimum advertised price, and the price discussion starts without the facts. Upload your minimums for multiple products and compare them with the Buy Box price. When it falls below your floor, the alert includes both figures, ready for your review.

Yes. Featured Offer is Amazon’s name for the Buy Box, used since 2023. It’s the offer behind “Add to Cart”. When a shopper uses that button, the order goes to the seller holding the Buy Box, even when other sellers offer the product.
