Amazon Imaging Services Terms and Conditions

The Amazon Imaging Services Terms and Conditions govern the use of Amazon’s photo and video services (the ‘Imaging Services’) offered to vendors. These terms are additional to the general Vendor Terms and Conditions.

• Content Ownership: Amazon owns all content created and provides vendors with a non-exclusive, revocable license to use content without human models, subject to removal upon request.

• Service Eligibility: Eligibility of products for Imaging Services is determined solely by Amazon.

• Product Samples: Vendors may need to provide samples for these services. Ownership of samples transfers to Amazon unless otherwise agreed, and Amazon may dispose of the samples at its discretion.
