Amazon Renewed

Amazon Renewed offers approved selling partners the opportunity to sell refurbished, pre-owned, and open-box products on Amazon. All items must be tested and certified to look and function like new. Only sellers who maintain high standards for quality and performance can participate in this program. There are two tiers: Renewed and Renewed Premium, the latter requiring additional quality standards such as a battery capacity of at least 90% and OEM packaging and accessories.

Applications to the program require adherence to various requirements, including Amazon’s Vendor Terms & Conditions and the Amazon Renewed Quality Policy for the EU. The Premium tier demands further compliance, including using OEM or Renewed-branded packaging and ensuring the battery capacity exceeds 90% when applicable.
