Cancellation Rate Chargeback
A Cancellation Rate chargeback occurs when an order is canceled either due to denial of an order submission or failure to complete order fulfillment. This typically happens when inventory levels are insufficient at the time of order placement.
The chargeback amount is 10 euros per incident. High cancellation rates can adversely affect performance metrics and may lead to warehouse or account suspension.
To prevent this chargeback, ensure accurate inventories and regularly update inventory feeds, ideally every 24 hours. If a chargeback is believed to be mistakenly applied, it can be disputed by providing relevant documentation and justification, such as order rejection reasons.
