The Declaration of Conformity (DoC) is a mandatory certification that demonstrates a product’s compliance with applicable regulations and standards. It must be issued by the manufacturer, brand owner, or importer and include the name, function, and signature of the responsible person. The DoC typically covers directives such as the Low Voltage Directive (LVD), Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive, and Radio Equipment Directive (RED), ensuring the product meets safety and technical requirements. Products without a proper DoC may face market restrictions.
