GPSR - General Product Safety Regulation

The General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) is a set of rules ensuring that non-food products sold in the EU comply with safety standards. Most products must meet specific GPSR attributes for a listing to remain active.

• Compliance Requirements: Vendors must fill out required GPSR attributes during listing creation. Failure to do so may lead to deactivation 24 hours after submission.

• Exemptions: A few products may be exempt, but the majority require compliance to avoid penalties.
