The Rebates, Incentives, and CoOp Agreements feature allows vendors to manage and reconcile financial agreements with billing estimates. Vendors must provide actual amounts expected to be billed before invoicing. This involves:

  • Entering actual amounts, uploading files, and adding comments.
  • Reviewing submitted amounts and submission status.
  • Checking documentation and responses to submissions.

‘Actuals’ may be rejected if incorrect amounts are entered or if documentation is insufficient for reconciliation.
