Amazon SFTP Accounts | Simply explained

SFTP Accounts

SFTP Accounts are used by Amazon vendors to securely transfer ONIX metadata feeds via an FTP client supporting Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). Files are processed within 72 hours. Vendors receive credentials upon account setup and must follow specified filename conventions. A new password can be requested through vendor support if needed.

  • Server Regions: Specific servers exist for different regions, such as US, EU, and JP.
