Smart Aggregation is a redesigned feature in Vendor Central’s Operational Performance dashboard, introduced to simplify and enhance how Amazon vendors handle chargeback data.

  • Overview: This new dashboard aggregates chargebacks, allowing vendors to manage transactions with improved granularity for better insights and disputes.

  • Access: Users with access can find it under the ‘Reports’ section in ‘Operational Performance’. A banner link leads directly to the Smart Aggregation dashboard.

  • Dispute Workflow: Vendors can raise disputes using an enhanced process, facilitating selections based on data discrepancies, external events, non-data-related issues, or legacy disputes.

The feature currently supports the ‘Not on time’ sub-type for PO On-time accuracy chargebacks, with plans for wider application.
