Amazon Submission History | Simply explained

Submission History

Submission history is a log tracking reports submitted through Amazon’s Report a Violation tool. If using Project Zero Self-Service Counterfeit Removal, removed listings may also appear here. Access it by navigating to the Brand Registry, clicking Monitor, and selecting Submission history. This section includes a Submission Summary dashboard to sort submissions by brand or store.

  • Report Definition: A report is a notice of suspected infringement tracked via a complaint ID. Multiple ASINs can be included in one report.
  • Complaint ID: A unique identifier for tracking reports. Clicking on the complaint ID reveals associated ASINs.

Status Definitions

  • Under review: Report being evaluated.
  • Accepted: Report reviewed and content removed.
  • Partially accepted: Some ASINs removed.
  • Not accepted: Report invalid or incomplete.

Reports remain visible in the Submission history for six months. Seller contact details are made available approximately 20 days post-acceptance to process potential appeals.
