• Dashboard: Vendors can access the Operational Performance Dashboard to review their overall performance and specific chargebacks.
• Chargeback Categories: Common reasons include problems with purchase orders, advanced shipment notifications, packaging, delivery, and direct fulfillment.
• Disputing Chargebacks: If a vendor believes that a chargeback has been issued incorrectly, they have a 30-day window from the notification date to dispute it.
• Chargeback Status: This indicates whether a chargeback is active and enforceable.
