Überblick

Unter Berichte können Sie sich diverse Berichte direkt herunterladen oder für die Zukunft terminieren.

Bei einigen Berichten können Sie das Ergebnis zusätzlich durch Filter einschränken bzw. ausweiten.

Berichte terminieren

Klicken Sie auf Bericht planen, um einen Bericht regelmäßig (z.B. wöchentlich) auszuführen.

Es öffnet sich dann ein Fenster, in dem Sie die Einstellungen hinsichtlich Versandkanal und Frequenz einstellen können.

Sie können einen terminierten Bericht auf drei unterschiedliche Methoden abrufen:

• AMALYTIX: Hier wird der Bericht nur zum Download in AMALYTIX bereitgestellt
• E-Mail: Hier erhalten Sie bzw. eine Gruppe von frei definierbaren Empfängern den Bericht per eMail
• FTP: Hier legen wir den Bericht auf einem FTP Server Ihrer Wahl ab

Sie können zudem bei den Berichten, deren Daten sich über einen Zeitraum erstrecken, einen sog. Offset festlegen.

Stellen Sie den z.B. von "-7" bis "0" ein und wählen den Bericht "Bestellungen", so erhalten Sie immer die Bestellungen der letzten 7 Tage zum Ausführungszeitpunkt.
