Reports & Alerts

You can subscribe to the following alerts for Seller products:

  • Buybox won: Triggers when you have won the Buybox but did not have it at the last check.
  • Buybox lost: Triggers when you have lost the Buybox but had it at the last check.
  • Product price has changed: Triggers when the product price has changed.
  • Listing sales price gone: Triggers when the sales price is no longer available but was previously present.
  • Listing sales price appeared: Triggers when a sales price has been set.
  • Base price gone: Triggers when a base price has disappeared but was previously present.
  • Base price appeared: Triggers when a base price has been set.
  • Product no longer only available to Prime members: Triggers when the product is now available to everyone, but was previously only available to Prime members.
  • Product only available to Prime members: Triggers when the product is now only available to Prime members.
  • New seller detected: Triggers when the number of sellers has increased.
  • Chinese seller detected: Triggers when a seller shipping from China is found on the offer.
  • No top 10 offer anymore: Triggers when you no longer have a top 10 offer.
  • Shipping costs changed: Triggers when the shipping costs for a SKU have changed.
  • SKU price range > 20%: Triggers when the price difference for a SKU across different markets exceeds 20%.

Go to Settings / Alerts to activate one or more of these alerts.

Available Amazon Reports

You also have the option of exporting specific key figures as a report. Go to the report Seller Products (short / long) or Session and Conversion Data (by days) and set the appropriate marketplace to limit the result.

Seller Products Report (long)

  • Description: Contains data on product listing (incl. attributes and product description), your offers, the Buybox, reviews, order and financial data
  • Type: Seller
  • Category: Products

Seller Products Report (short)

  • Description: Contains data on product listing, your offers, the Buybox, reviews, order and financial data
  • Type: Seller
  • Category: Products

Session and Conversion Data Report (by days)

  • Description: Contains the session and conversion data per marketplace / ASIN / day. This feature is included from the Large plan onwards. The Seller Central connection must be activated under Settings / Amazon Account.
