Creating and Managing Agents

In AMALYTIX, you can use Agents to send requests to ChatGPT - for example, to analyze or optimize existing product listings.

AMALYTIX provides several predefined prompts for this purpose:

• 10 prompts for creating product images
• 6 prompts for optimizing your listings
• 1 One-Click Optimization prompt for a quick, complete overhaul

You can also create and configure your own custom agents.

Predefined AMALYTIX agents are marked in the Source column with a green AMALYTIX badge, while agents you create yourself are shown with an orange user badge.

Creating a New Agent

There are two ways to create a new agent:

1. Duplicate an Existing Agent

Click on Duplicate under Options for an existing agent. You can then customize the created copy as needed.

2. Create a New Agent from Scratch

Click on Create New Agent in the top bar to configure a completely new agent.

A new window will open.

Follow these steps:

1. Enter a descriptive Name for the new agent to make it easy to identify later.
2. In the Type field, select the desired agent type. The type determines where the agent is used and which data sources it can access.
3. In the large text field below, you define the Instruction for the agent. Here you describe how the agent should behave and what tasks it should perform. You can use the “Insert Placeholder” function to include dynamic values (e.g., bullet points or titles) in your instructions.

Selecting the Agent Type

There are three Agent Types available:

• Product Image Prompt
• Product Listing General
• One-Click Optimization

Each type serves a different purpose:

Agent Type “Product Image Prompt”

This agent type is used for creating or improving product images. It contains several specialized prompts that cover different image styles and purposes.

Purpose: Generate consistent, high-quality product images for Amazon listings, or enhance existing images using AI-powered prompts.

Available Agents:

• 01 Main Image – Creates the main product image according to Amazon guidelines.
• 02 Lifestyle Image – Places the product in a realistic environment.
• 03 Scale and Size – Shows size ratios or dimensions.
• 04 Product Rendering – Generates a photorealistic image of the product.
• 05 Application – Shows the product in use.
• 06 Seasonal Gift – Creates seasonal or thematic representations (e.g., Christmas).
• 07 Macro Detail Shot – Highlights details or textures of the product.
• 08 Infographic (beta) – Combines text and icons for explanatory images.
• 09 Empty Prompt – An empty prompt for individual customization.
• 10 Image Concept – Creates new creative image concepts based on product features.

Agent Type “Product Listing General”

This agent type focuses on text optimization for product listings. Prompts are used to refine titles, bullet points, and descriptions.

Purpose: Improve your product text in terms of language, clarity, and SEO performance.

Available Agents:

• Create bullet points for the listing – Creates structured bullet points from product information.
• Improve my listing – Optimizes existing texts for style, grammar, and readability.
• Spell check my listing – Checks for spelling and grammar errors.
• Suggest keywords – Provides relevant keywords for better discoverability.
• Tell a joke – A creative prompt for entertaining product descriptions.
• Translate to – Translates listings into other languages.

Agent Type “One-Click Optimization”

The One-Click Optimization performs a complete Amazon listing optimization — including the title, bullet points, and keyword list.

All elements are refined according to Amazon best practices to maximize visibility, readability, and conversion rate.

Purpose: Deliver a fully SEO-optimized, conversion-focused product listing — in a single step.

Formulating Instructions for the Agent

Here you can get creative and define any kind of requests for ChatGPT.

Examples of interesting requests:

• Customer Questions: “Please summarize the following questions and tell me what the typical issues are.”
• Listing: “Please translate the following product description from {listing language} to {language}.”

Using Agents

Please note that you cannot execute requests to ChatGPT on this page. Here, you can only create or edit agents.

Using the Product Image Agent

To use the product image agent, open the Content page and click on a product’s title to go to the detail page. Then, switch to the Images tab and select Generate Images.

In the window that opens, you can create new product images. The process consists of four steps and allows for the generation of up to 8 image variants per product. An individual prompt can be selected from the dropdown menu for each image.

Step 1: Select the image prompt and add additional details if necessary.

Step 2: Review the generated prompt and adjust if needed.

Step 3: Upload existing product images as reference images – ideally the MAIN image. In this step, you can also specify the desired AI model for image generation.

Step 4: After the generation is complete, the finished images will be displayed. You can save them directly and use them for your product.

Using the Product Listing Agent

To use the product listing agent, open the Content section and click on the title of the desired product to go to the detail page. Below the product image, you will find the purple AI Suggestion button – click it to start the agent.

In the window that opens, you can now select the desired agent and the target language. Then click Execute.

After a few seconds, the result will appear, which you can either apply directly to your listing or copy to the clipboard.

Using One Click Optimization

For One Click Optimization, open the Content section and click on the title of the desired product to go to the detail page. There, you can start the agent via the One Click Optimization button.

In the window that opens, you will see the current contents of your listing on the left side: title, bullet points, keywords, and description. This data is automatically imported from the existing Amazon product detail page and displayed in AMALYTIX.

To optimize your listing, click the Optimize with AI button at the bottom right. The generated optimization suggestions will now appear on the right side. Using the Update listing with this version checkboxes, you can select which suggestions should be applied to your listing.
