Custom Dashboards

This feature is available from the "Large" plan onwards.
Custom dashboards let you create personalized views with the metrics that matter most to your business. Unlike the Standard Dashboard, you have full control over which KPIs are displayed.
Creating a Dashboard
- Go to “Custom Dashboards” in the navigation
- Click “Add New” in the upper right corner
- Enter a title for your dashboard
You can now either:
- Select a template - Pre-configured dashboards for common use cases
- Add widgets individually - Build your dashboard from scratch
Dashboard Templates
AMALYTIX offers two pre-built templates:
- Content Template - Focus on listing quality metrics (13 widgets)
- Buybox Template - Monitor buybox performance (3 widgets)
When applying a template, you can filter by marketplace, brand, or list type (Seller/Vendor/Watchlist).
Widget Types
Custom dashboards support seven widget types:

| Number | Single metric display with comparison |
| Top List | Highest values (e.g., top-selling products) |
| Lowest List | Lowest values (e.g., worst performers) |
| Line Chart | Time-series data visualization |
| Pie Chart | Category distribution |
| Histogram | Bar charts grouped by dimension |
| Divider | Visual separator between sections |
Adding Widgets
Click “Add Widget” to open the widget configuration:
- Title - Name your widget
- Type - Select the visualization style
- Value Type - Choose the KPI to display (revenue, sales, ratings, etc.)
- Date Range - 7 days, 14 days, 28 days, or last month
- Filters - Narrow down by marketplace, brand, or category
- Active filters are displayed above the widget title.
Managing Widgets
Click the three-dot menu on any widget to:
- Edit - Modify widget settings
- Clone - Duplicate the widget
- Download - Export data as Excel or CSV
- Delete - Remove the widget
You can drag and drop widgets to rearrange them.
Dashboard Actions
From the dashboard view, you can:
- Export PDF - Download the entire dashboard as a PDF
- Clone - Duplicate the dashboard
- Favorite - Mark dashboards for quick access
- Delete - Remove the dashboard
Filter Options
Filters let you create focused widgets. You can filter by:
- Marketplace
- Brand
- Category
- Product status
- Any criteria available in the product list
Best Practices
- Create separate dashboards for different purposes (sales, content quality, advertising)
- Use templates as a starting point, then customize
- Add dividers to organize related widgets
- Export data regularly for reporting
